In this small update I fixed some bugs and added some small functionalities to help the player progress:

- Add tooltip to quest UI and portal UI to help the player to progress

- Fix item's tooltip in inventory that didn't work in 0.0.7

- Fix bug where the player keep walking when opening any UI

- Improve time display to make the player experience more relax

- Prevent the player to use the shovel on the tile he is on
